2900 Terrace occupies about 1.5 acres on NE 29th Street, one of the last sizeable undeveloped parcels left in Edgewater. The Shops at Midtown Miami sit a few blocks north, the Design District about a mile up, and Margaret Pace Park and the bay a short walk east.

Arquitectonica designed the 32-story, 362-foot tower around unusually large floor plans: 324 one- to three-bedroom residences averaging roughly 1,069 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glazing, wraparound balconies and dedicated home offices. Coastal Construction topped it out ahead of a fourth-quarter 2027 completion.
